*This position requires strong customer service and great oral communication skills for our Australian client customer services.

Timing: 2.30 AM to 12NOON**

Responsibilities and Duties


*Quickly and professionally handle inbound customer support for phone and email inquiries
*Research and solve order issues presented by customers
*Place phone orders in service backend

Required Experience and Qualifications


*Must be able to communicate any issues, problems, challenges, and complaints to the appropriate manager
*Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills along with active listening
*Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Rs : 15,000.00 to Rs :20,000.00 /month
